I found out today that my cousin was walking home from work and got jumped by three guys just because he was gay. They broke his glasses so he couldn't see and then broke his jaw so he had to get his jaw wired shut. :( I just found this really ironic because in class on Thursday we were telling stories about personal experiences with gayness and I told a story about the same cousin, and just thought it was a story that can show that gay people really are discriminated against on a daily basis.
